The tournament saw a lot of young kids battling it out. Watching them play was a treat to watch and some of the side conversations that took place were downright hilarious :)
In the Simul Anagh played against 12 players and won all his games. His blind game with the tournament winner Amit was something that everyone liked.

Namaskar Mandali,
Welcome to first ever Triveni Chess Tournament! Thanks to Sports Committee for coming up with this great idea. We as Indians have a lot to be proud of the Chess game. After all we invented the game and have given the world the most versatile chess champion ever, in the form of Vishwanathan Anand. Come and join with friends and family to enjoy this event by participation.
To be part of this fun filled event, you don't need to clear GMAT, TOEFL, MCAT, SAT etc. If you know the basic rules of Chess and how the pieces move, that's more than enough! rest lets leave it to the Sports committee.
