  Juggling too many balls at the same time, women have little time for themselves. Lets relax those muscles and calm the mind. Triveni is bringing an exciting program that features PiYo a new exercise technique.
 
Our very own Triveni member, Miti Pandit is a nationally certified PiYo instructor and will conduct this session. PiYo is an up-tempo, non-spiritual mind/body workout suitable for all levels and ages. It is designed by Powder Blue / Beach Body productions, famous for their Turbo Kick, Hip hop hustle, P 90X, Insanity workout videos. PiYo is a unique format that combines the moves from Yoga, Pilates, Strength conditioning, flexibility, athletic training and dynamic balance workout. All you need is a Yoga mat and a water bottle.
 
This is a free MEMBERS ONLY event but we are limiting it to the first 25 ladies who sign up. So hurry up and RSVP.
